All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 7-15 business days after dispatch.You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. To start the process, contact us at support@get-infinity-store.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
